SEAMETERY LOCATION

Our mission is to honor each individual's memory while contributing to
the restoration and preservation of the Earth's oceans and their delicate marine ecosystems.

AZURE ACRES

Azure Acres will rest between 60 to 100 feet deep, about 1 mile off the shores of the serene coastal town of Destin, Florida, in the crystal blue Gulf of Mexico's waters.

We chose this site for our first underwater cemetery "Seametery" because the sandy seafloor here is vastly empty of natural materials that help attract and stimulate coral growth. This area provides warm, shallow water to support a diverse marine ecosystem, relatively low ocean currents allowing for reefs to develop in a stable location and the proximity to major coastal populations and industries which play an important role in marine resource management and coastal protection.

Watch for future memorial destinations, "Seameteries", in other coastal areas.
